Natalie Trumbo is a professional chef with a passion for creating and sharing delicious and healing culinary experiences.  

Health, freshness, and unbeatable flavor are the three guideposts for every one of Natalie’s culinary creations. Cooking as a healing art is a passion of Natalie’s, and she is a firm believer that the right nourishment has the power to heal our bodies.  With her freshly cooked vegan meals and avoidance of meat, dairy and processed foods, Natalie has successfully helped clients feel better and see measurable health outcomes.  She has improved the lives of clients combating cancer, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. Natalie is known for using only high-quality, organic, fresh ingredients in the creation of her meals.  

When she is not in the kitchen, Natalie loves reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. She currently lives in Newport Beach.
