Searching for recipes, organizing meals, & writing grocery lists can be time consuming.  It can also be difficult to think of different meals to cook each week so that you're not eating the same things all the time. But no matter how much we dislike this task, we can't deny that planning our meals every week saves money and time. 

Meal planning saves money by helping you grocery shop with intention, instead of going to the store and dropping itemsin your shopping cart without knowing what you are going to make with them.  You'll know exactly what you are cooking for the week and will only purchase ingredients for those meals, which will help you avoid wasting money on unnecessary food items that will sit in your pantry, unused. 

You'll save time by not having to figure out what you're going to eat for dinner everyday after work! This scenario is very common and is also one of the main causes for eating junk food. We get off work, we're tired, we don't want to even think about what we are going to cook for dinner, let alone actually cook it. We've all been there!

 I email meal plans, recipes, & grocery lists each Friday so you'll have everything ready for weekend grocery shopping.

Simply check your email each Friday to see the recipes you will be cooking for the week.

Use the grocery list to do your shopping.  I provide individual grocery lists for each recipe (in case you do not want to cook all 5 recipes that week) and I also include a Master Grocery List which has the ingredients you will need to make all 5 recipes in one easy-to-use shopping list!

 Now just scroll through the recipes while you are cooking.All of the recipes are together in one simple PDF file, so no more searching for recipes you saved online or going through different cookbooks to find each recipe.
